Returns Policy

It is important that you check your items upon receipt and before use. If any of your items are damaged instantly report this to us so we can investigate and before attempting to return an order you will need to contact info@sheerbeautique.co.uk and our team will get back to you on what to do next.

Please note we will not be able to accept any returns if it is determined that they have been used in these circumstances no refund will be offered! Depending on the product you have purchased unless faulty we can not guarantee a refund. 

In some cases If a refund or exchange has been agreed we will refund or replace as soon as possible.

How do I arrange a return

Please contact our info team to arrange your return via email at  info@sheerbeautique.co.uk we will then get back to you with all the necessary information to arrange a return.

Please package the item securely.  When you send item to us please keep your proof of purchase (there is not a cost for this) but without receipt we may not be able to process you refund or replacement in the rare event your item gets lost in transit.

Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. We would advise you send item back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

We will not refund postage cost to return items you no longer require, these costs will need to be covered by you. 

If your refund is accepted we will not refund the delivery cost unless the item was faulty, if we have arranged an exchange or replacement for you, delivery costs will not be charged for this item.
