We offer a free delivery service within the UK for all orders over £25 from our shop.  For orders under £25 there will be a charge of £2.50 at checkout.

We aim for same day dispatch on orders before 2pm and your purchases will be sent by royal mail and will be with you between 1-5 days.

Please note; You will be sent an email once item has been dispatched.

It is important that you check your items upon receipt and before use. If any of your items are damaged instantly report this to us so we can investigate and before attempting to return an order you will need to contact info@sheerbeautique.co.uk and our team will get back to you on what to do next.

Please note we will not be able to accept any returns if it is determined that they have been used In these circumstances no refund will be offered!

In some cases If a refund or exchange has been agreed we will refund or replace as soon as possible.
